Based in Sainte Agnes in the Jura, Domaine des Marnes Blanches is owned by young couple Pauline and Geraud Fremont. They took over this 10ha estate in 2006 and farm their old vines organically. Savagnin is the Juras most famous grape, which probably isnt saying very much. But it makes the oxidised Vin Jaune that the region is famous for. The wine is aged for seven years in old oak
