This particular gem was made from their top parcels and named (Un Air de Fte + "A Festive Air") as a tribute to the three month Carnival that happens in their community every year. Made with grapes grown from the higher elevated foothills of the Pyrenees, the flavors of this wine are bright with tree fruit. Perfect pairing for your holiday's apple or
