There may be a sequin missing here or there but it looks as if all are present

I love the huge deeper ocean blue washed floral print that tops the paler, baby blue backdrop from shoulder to hem it is the perfect combination of blues and right on trend with the feminine, romantic look of the season. The neckline is scooped at the front and has a slightly deeper scoop at the back.
